PENGUIN CHALLENGE - ( Wetsuits and any other attire allowed )
IFor Extreme Penguin enter as a standard Penguin and you will be marked as Extreme after your November swims have been checked in.

If in doubt about which challenge or level to enter choose Polar Bear Arctic - that gives you the most options depending on how your November swims go.
The Polar Bear & Penguin CLASSIC levels are open to all but you must be 16 or over to enter any of the higher Challenge levels.
