Photos of two separate thermometer readings are needed to verify the sub 7 degree swims.
Best practice is to take and record the temperature BEFORE you swim - that way you know how far you need to swim to bag the qualifier and you have the pics whilst still warm and don't have to try and tale them afterwards with shivery frozen hands.
Crack on with the specified swims as soon as you can otherwise time and temperature runs out.
Don't overestimate you cold acclimitisation - always get out before you feel you need to - Stay Cautious and Stay Safe.
Always have someone on shore watching you with a means to call for help if needs be.
